If you are interested in a tour, kindly send us a mail in order to check availability. The receipt of payment of a 150€ Booking Fee and the completed registration form within a week will secure your booking.

You may also wish to subscribe to a Free Cancellation Option (equivalent to 12% of the price of the tour). This option can only be subcribed to and paid for when booking.

Not later than two months before the start of the tour we will confirm that it can take place. If this is not the case, e.g. because the minimum number of participants has not been reached, we will promptly refund all amounts paid.

We advise you not book any non-refundable flights before receipt of this confirmation.

If the tour is confirmed, the Balance (Price less the Booking Fee) will be due two months before the start of the tour.

Should you cancel your booking or be unable to participate in the tour we will refund 50% of the Balance or, if you subscribed to the Free Cancellation Option, 100% of the Balance.
